Writing
In February 2001 I had an article published in the C/C++ User's Journal, titled
Creating
Web Components with Java Server Pages.
That was back when JSP was fairly new and before I swore off Java for
good. I was very proud to get published, however writing professionally turned out to be less fun than I had hoped. Maybe I'll give it another try in the future.
These days I only write on my
blog.
It's mosty about creating software, but there's some culture and politics stuff there too.
I hope you'll check it out.
"Vacationing in Montana"
This picture looks like I stopped along the highway somewhere. I didn't.
This is me (about 12 years ago!) at about 10,000 feet after a very amateurish climb up a shale
field. Completely unequipped and with snow still on the ground to boot.
Not one of my smarter moves. Don't ask about how I got back down.
(Is that a 24th Street Exchange BBS shirt? Why yes, yes it is.)
